Zumba

Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and Easy to Do" allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind.   A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training.  A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Barre

Barre class is a low impact class that targets small muscle groups using light weights or resistance exercises. It incorporates balance and high repetitions in a small range of motion coming from a foundation of ballet technique. No dance or ballet training is required to be successful at this class!

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. ... Power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) but gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different.

Yoga Sculpt

In a nutshell, Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. ... Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. And of course, there's always a challenging core workout mixed in!

Tabata

20/10 means 20 seconds of all-out exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This adds up to four minutes total, which can be repeated a number of times, to last an average of 30 minutes

Killer Core

Killer core gets anyone in bikini ready shape by targeting the core in as many ways as possible. Using constatly changing workouts, muscles never adapt making for optimal fat burning and muscle toning.

This class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.

Cardio/Strength 

This class combines the use of cardiovascular fitness and strength by using intervals of 30-60 secondstrength exercises, followed by 30-60 seconds of cardio.

This full body work out is for anyone looking to tone up.  this This hour long class divides time to work each part of the body equally. Upper body, lower body, back and core exercises  sculpt the body, using light weights and high reps. 

A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
